This policy covers the website at arkdigitallabs.co, operated by Ark Digital Labs Pte. Ltd.(“we”, “our”, “us”) — a Singapore-based app development studio.

It does not cover our products. Our first app, Rumaloom, collects and processes data separately and has its own privacy policy at rumaloom.com/privacy. If you’re looking for how a specific app handles your data, check that app’s own policy.

This website is a simple marketing site. We only collect:

• Contact form submissions — the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
• Standard hosting logs— our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic request data (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and reliability. We don’t access this for tracking purposes.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To keep the website secure and working reliably (via hosting logs).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Resend — delivers contact form emails to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

If you contact us about hiring us for design or development work, we use the details you share only to evaluate and discuss the project. We don’t use it for anything else.

If we take on the project, any further data handling — for example, access to your own systems or user data during the engagement — will be covered by our project agreement with you, not this policy.

• Access or deletion — email us at hello@arkdigitallabs.coand we’ll delete any contact form message we hold from you.
• Correction — just send us an updated message and mention the earlier one.

This website is a company site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 through this site.

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
